Qualification

B. Sc. Food Tech/Food Science, M Sc.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the food industry doing formulation work (do not apply if less than 2 years)

Experience in baked goods a plus

Experience in baked goods a plus

Skills Required

Self-driven – capable of independent work with minimal supervision

Team player – Capable of handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Will be working under the guidance of R&D Head but will be given independent formulation projects
• will be expected to schedule their work and deliver on deadlines
• will be responsible for taking projects from start to finish and work under pressure
• will be required to source new ingredients
• will be required to work on ingredient and product specifications.
  
  

• Fast paced growth in startup FMCG space.
• Mentorship from senior people / board members / in house experts
• Ability to think strategically and lead.
• Key involvement in shaping the overall course of the startup and the customer experience at Wholsum Foods.
