• Food safety Audits as per FSSAI Norms
• Quality Assurance Trainings
• Pest Control management
  
  

• Willingness to travel within and between cities
• Knowledge and Practical Implementation of ISO 22000 Standard/ HACCP
• Conduct monthly briefings for food handlers and assess the team.
• Foster strong communication between departments to address process deviations.
• Proactively prevent food complaints with effective implantation of QA SOPs
• Collaborate with the head chef to create Product Detail Sheets (PDS) with Nutritional labelling & other desired information.
• Coordinate effectively with the operations team and head office.
