Job Description

A Tender & Export Executive plays a crucial role in any organization engaged in international trade and tender activities. This professional is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to tenders and export operations to ensure that the company successfully submits competitive bids and complies with all legal and regulatory requirements. A Tender & Export Executive is expected to have a strong understanding of local and international trade regulations, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. The position demands close interaction with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of export processes and successful participation in tenders, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and market presence.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate bid requirements to prepare comprehensive proposals.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of tenders within deadlines.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential export opportunities.
  • Manage the entire export process, including logistics and documentation.
  • Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products to international clients.
  • Maintain thorough records of all tender and export transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams for contract negotiations.
  • Monitor payment terms and follow up on payment collection from clients.
  • Organize and attend relevant trade exhibitions and networking events.
  • Prepare and present reports to management on tender and export activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in tender management and export operations.
  • Strong understanding of international trade laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in a business environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant trade management software.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
