The Role

You’ll be a key member of a product engineering squad, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs using C# and .NET Core. You’ll work within a microservices architecture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and have opportunities to use GenAI tools and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# (.NET Core)
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for front-end and third-party services
• Work within a microservices architecture
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and pair programming
• Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams
• Contribute to documentation, testing, and debugging
• Learn and support production systems under supervision

The Ideal Candidate

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in backend development using C# and .NET Core
• Strong experience with RESTful API design and integration
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with MongoDB or other database technologies
• Awareness or hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., Langchain, Claude, Hugging Face, CursorAI)
  
  

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with ReactJS
• Experience with Agile teams and cross-functional environments
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience in FinTech or other regulated domains
  
  

Non-Technical Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
