As a Sales Executive in the elevator industry, you will be a key player in driving the growth and success of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and convert them into successful sales by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients. You will utilize your technical knowledge of elevators and industry expertise to provide outstanding customer service and tailor solutions that meet each client's specific needs. Understanding market trends and implementing effective sales strategies will be crucial to remaining competitive in the rapidly evolving landscape of vertical transportation. Working closely with the sales team and other departments, you will support the sale of our high-quality elevator products and services while contributing to a collaborative and innovative company culture. Your professionalism, aptitude for negotiation, and ability to exceed targets will play an integral role in elevating our market presence and achieving organizational goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify potential clients within the elevator market and initiate contact.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements in line with company policy.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation through to closing deals.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales presentations to various stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the elevator industry.
  • Strong knowledge of elevator systems and their technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets competently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite crucial.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for identifying opportunities.
