Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to partner with our Sales team in client meetings, answer technical questions, and ensure seamless integrations with Harmoney. You’ll be the technical expert who bridges client needs and product capabilities.

What will you do?

• Support Sales in client meetings as the technical expert
• Own and grow accounts and serve as the technical point of contact
• Understanding customers needs and create client requirement docs
• Deliver product demos and technical presentations
• Guide customers on API integrations and setup
• Provide hands-on onboarding support
• Relay client feedback to our Engineering team
  
  

• 3+ years as a Sales Engineer / Solutions Engineer / Technical Consultant
• Proven experience managing large or strategic accounts with complex technical requirements
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS systems
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with system integrations & troubleshooting
