Job Description

Preparation and compilation of Procurement Costs
Submission of Cost estimates with various cost data/ CBA
Interface with Engineering/ Proposal team for timely receipt of Pre-bid RFQ/MTO
Expedite with Buyers to ensure RFQs are floated to vendors and offers received in time.
Analysis of Procurement cost/ Quantities / Scope
Monitor Prebid documents status
To provide Prebid deliverables - Delivery Schedule, Procurement Plan, Manpower Histogram
To provide inputs for Cash Flow and Risk reviews
Participate in internal reviews with PMT/ Preparing presentations
Maintaining database.
Preparing Presentations
Participate in internal review meetings.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA (Ex. Exposure, Skills, Knowledge Sets)

Worked in Oil & Gas industry in EPC project business
Experience of working in SCM / Procurement Function as a Buyer =OR= in Proposal & Estimation Dept.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interact with Internal stake holder (Buyers/ PMT/ Engg.)
