  • Prepare reports on sales and promotional activities for management review.
  • Ensure sales targets and objectives are consistently met within established timelines.
  • Participate in medical conferences and seminars to expand product understanding.
  • Stay abreast of new developments in the healthcare sector and evolving trends.
  • Facilitate educational workshops and in-service presentations for healthcare providers.
  • Implement sales strategies to increase market share for the company's products.
  • Manage accounts by solving customer queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align on product positioning strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or another related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to interpret scientific research and medical publications accurately.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the designated territories.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and work under pressure.
