Job Description

As an IT Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our sales team by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of sales support functions. You will serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, including customers and the sales team, effectively bridging communication and operations. Your comprehensive understanding of sales processes and IT solutions will help drive sales initiatives and support the team in achieving their targets. You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team to ensure that they have all necessary tools and resources to succeed. Efficient, organized, and keen on personalizing customer experience, you will be contributing significantly to the overall success of the sales department.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support all sales activities for the IT sales team.
  • Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and communications.
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales proposals and presentations.
  • Liaise with the sales team to facilitate meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Ensure that the sales team is equipped with necessary resources and materials.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance data regularly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and promotional activities.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance operational workflow and efficiency.
  • Assist with contract negotiations, reviews, and administration as needed.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s IT products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology required.
  • Previous experience in sales support or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry and technological solutions required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is desirable.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills are essential.
