Full Stack Developers (5+Yoe) :

• MERN
• React JS with Next.js
• Materio (MUI Template)
• Node.js with NestJS + Fastify Adapter
• Databases- PostgresSQL and Mongo dB
• Added advantage : Python and AI
• Additional requirements : working as TL
  
  

• Developing front-end website architecture
• Designing user interactions on web pages
• Developing back-end website applications
• Creating servers and databases for functionality
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications
• Working alongside graphic designers for web design features
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
• Designing and developing APIs (REST/RESTful)
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming :
• A bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• MERN Stack Experience Level
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Jquery, and JavaScript.
• Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Being up on the latest practices is a must, e.g., HTML5, CSS3, and ECMAScript 6 (minimum)
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React and or angular js
• Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python and or Node js
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, and Postgre SQL MongoDB.
• AWS or any standard cloud environment work experience
• Proficiency with Git (or another version control system as required )
• Experience using Rabbit MQ /Active MQ/Apache Kafka
• Handling hybrid database operations programmatically
• Database scaling and db optimization knowledge
• Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions
• Server management and deployment for the relevant environment
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Code optimizations skills
• Code review ability
• Must follow code standards Documentation
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
• Appreciation for clean and well-documented code
• Ability to multitask
• Working on PMS like Jira is an added advantage
• Familiarity with UX design is an added Knowledge :
• Finance is an added advantage
• Good to have AI/ML and blockchain knowledge
