Job Description

The Field Sales Representative is a critical role in driving the success of our sales objectives and enhancing customer engagement. Responsible for direct sales activities, the Field Sales Representative will cultivate new business opportunities, maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients, and representing our brand and products in the local market. As a key point of contact, you will provide valuable solutions to customer needs by offering expertise and product knowledge. This dynamic position requires excellent communication skills, a high level of self-motivation, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Your proactive approach will be essential in identifying potential customers, executing strategic sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction, thereby contributing significantly to the overall growth and success of the sales team.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand customer base.
  • Conduct regular visits and create rapport with existing customers for sustained relationships.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of products to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales plans.
  • Monitor market and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities or concerns.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and maintain detailed customer records.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets in assigned territory through proactive strategies.
  • Provide customer feedback to management for product and service improvement.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate sales reports to track daily progress and achievements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive environment of teamwork and open communication within the sales department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective sales presentations.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while working independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools for efficient management.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
