We are seeking a driven and goal-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. As a key player in our sales operations, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and delivering top-notch services to drive sales growth. Your primary focus will be on gaining new clients while also nurturing existing customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Analyze market conditions to tailor sales offers to target customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with prospective and existing clients.
  • Provide clients with product information and after-sales support as needed.

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track personal and team performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors' activities for strategic adjustments.
  • Attend industry and networking events to promote company products.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to promote client retention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the field sales or a related role is required.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are a must.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on results.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary.
