Job Description

The Field Sales & Leasing Support Executive plays a crucial role in facilitating the sales and leasing process for our dynamic field operations team. This pivotal position demands an individual who is energetic, highly motivated, and detail-oriented. As a Field Sales & Leasing Support Executive, you will be the backbone of our sales team, providing essential support that includes coordinating sales meetings, maintaining client records, and assisting with lease agreements. This role requires someone who can expertly manage their time, multitask efficiently, and exude a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and colleagues. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of sales and leasing processes, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and appointments for the sales team.
  • Assist in preparing lease agreements and reviewing related documentation.
  • Maintain and update client records in the company’s database accurately.
  • Provide administrative support to the field sales team as required.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and the sales team efficiently.
  • Analyze sales trends and provide reports to the management team.
  • Coordinate logistics and support for field sales events and expos.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
  • Process sales orders and documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Support the training and onboarding of new field sales staff members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in sales support or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for problem-solving and negotiation.
