Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the front line of our company's customer interaction. Your main role will be to engage with customers across various channels and assist them in resolving inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media with professionalism.
  • Record customer interactions and process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Offer support in product selection to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and escalate high-priority issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products to answer and anticipate customer questions.
  • Assess the needs of the customer and provide personalized solutions.a
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance team performance.
  • Monitor customer feedback and use insights to drive improvements and innovation in service.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new customer service team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is beneficial.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing work environments.
