We are seeking an experienced and motivated CRM Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships and implementing CRM strategies that will enhance business growth. As a CRM Executive, you will work closely with various departments to ensure that the CRM system efficiently tracks customer interactions to improve customer satisfaction. You will also analyze customer data to provide actionable insights that can be used to develop and optimize marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted marketing campaigns using CRM data.
  • Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve overall customer experience.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM database ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Train staff on CRM best practices and new system functionalities.
  • Monitor CRM systems continuously to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Ensure CRM software is being used to its full potential by the team.
  • Produce reports on customer insights for strategic business decision-making.
  • Coordinate with IT for troubleshooting and upgrades of CRM software.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes for increased workplace efficiency.
  • Develop customer segmentation models to enhance targeted communication.
  • Prepare meeting presentations and documents related to CRM initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a CRM executive role or similar.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex data sets accurately.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvements.
