Familiarity with social media analytics tools to gauge campaign performance. Roles and Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership: o Develop and drive the creative vision for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience needs. o Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for marketing, advertising, and branding projects. o Oversee all creative deliverables, maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Team Management: o Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals. o Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster professional growth within the team. o Promote a collaborative and inclusive culture that encourages innovation and teamwork.
Client Collaboration: o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and translating it into creative solutions. o Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining the integrity of the vision. o Build strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
Strategic Planning: o Collaborate with marketing, product, and strategy teams to align creative direction with overall business objectives. o Develop creative strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty across multiple channels. o Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging design technologies to inform creative decisions.
Project Management: o Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. o Establish clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocations for creative projects. o Troubleshoot challenges and provide solutions to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Content Creation: o Oversee the design and execution of high-quality visuals, videos, and written content for campaigns, events, and digital platforms. o Ensure the seamless integration of storytelling and visual design across all touchpoints.
Quality Assurance: o Review and approve all creative work, ensuring precision, consistency, and alignment with client expectations. o Implement feedback loops to continuously improve creative outputs.
Innovation and Trends: o Stay ahead of design trends, technologies, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge creative solutions. o Integrate new tools, methods, and platforms to enhance the team s creative capabilities., Any Graduation
