Job Summary: The PMO/Transition Manager in the Learning domain will oversee project management and transitional activities, ensuring seamless integration and execution of learning initiatives. This role requires strategic oversight, coordination, and support to optimize learning processes and frameworks. The manager will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success and transition smoothly between learning phases.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for learning initiatives, service transition.
Monitor and report progress on project deliverables and milestones.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with learning projects.
Transition Management:
Facilitate transitional processes within the learning ecosystem to ensure smooth adaptation.
Collaborate with teams to ensure effective handover and continuity between different learning stages.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary contact point for Internal and Customer stakeholders.
Coordinate and lead meetings with stakeholders to discuss project updates and address concerns.
Governance and Reporting:
Implement governance frameworks and controls to ensure project compliance.
Establish a reporting framework to provide insights into project progress and outcomes.
Administrative Support:
Organize meetings and workshops related to learning projects, including agenda setting and minute documentation.
Maintain project documentation for easy access and reference.
Continuous Improvement:
Work with the PMO Lead to refine project management processes, standards, and governance in the learning domain.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance learning project execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree: Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management and transition roles, preferably within the learning or educational sector.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Preferred Skills
Experience in educational technology and learning management systems.
Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
PMP Certification
Additional Information
Position may require occasional travel customer sites for workshops.
Flexible working hours to accommodate project timelines and stakeholder availability.
Educational Qualification
