Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt Internationals Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Director of Rooms is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Rooms Division and to ensure that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 year work experience as Assistant Director of Rooms or 2 Years of experience as Front Office Manager in larger operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Indian Nationals only will be eligible to apply for the position.
