Summary: As an Analytics and Modeling Lead, you will be at the forefront of data analysis and modeling efforts. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather and analyze client data, including customer information, financial metrics, operational details, and market insights. You will utilize a diverse range of analytical tools and techniques to transform this data into actionable business insights, ultimately enhancing decision-making processes across the organization. Your role will also require you to engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide them with the necessary insights to drive strategic initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of data models and analytical processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA). - Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and best practices. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of database systems. - Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL processes. - Ability to write complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
