Job Description

An Academic Trainer plays a crucial role in educational settings, focusing on professional development for educators and enhancing the quality of teaching and learning within institutions. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a closely related field is required.
  • Minimum of three years experience in teaching or educational training positions.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and educational program development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective training sessions.
  • Proficiency with educational technology and online learning platforms.
  • Ability to assess the training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
