Overall Purpose of The Job

• Administrative support and documentary control within the training department.
• Overall support for the department objectives and functions.
  
  

• Responsible for the full administrative support for the Training Department.
• Responsible for the management, issue and recording of all documentary evidence of training, including company certification.
• To assist the Training Manager with the arrangements for Sea-staff attending the Training and scheduling of all training activities within the training department
• Designated Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar Trainer.
• Responsible for the delivery of assign training course.
• Undertakes such and other functions as the Training Manager may assign.
• Responsible for the management, supervision and record keeping of all pre-engagement and routine English language assessments of sea-staff.
• Responsible for the arrangement of welfare services within the training center.
  
  

• Computer Literate.
• Diploma in Technology, the science or Arts
• Knowledge of the regulation relevant to the manning Industry.
