Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Fresher who is passionate about building a career in Recruitment. This role will focus primarily on end-to-end hiring activities and will give you exposure to IT and Non-IT recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions for various roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, etc.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  
  

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream (MBA/HR preferred, but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
• Basic knowledge job portals will be an advantage.
