We are looking for a highly collaborative and execution-focused Product Manager to drive both product strategy and roadmap delivery in close partnership with partner engineering teams. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution—ensuring we define the right priorities, maintain momentum on the backlog, and deliver high-quality products that meet market and customer needs.
You will own the development and refinement of the product roadmap, considering our value proposition, current customer adoption trends, gaps in the roadmap, and gaps in the sales strategy. Using a data-driven approach, you will inform both product and sales strategies to maximize business impact.
As the bridge between our internal product organization and external/partner engineering teams, you will translate business requirements into actionable plans, ensure smooth coordination, and keep delivery aligned to strategic priorities.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap Development – Define and evolve the product roadmap by evaluating customer adoption, identifying roadmap and sales strategy gaps, and aligning initiatives with the company’s value proposition and business goals.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Use quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize features, inform sales strategies, and optimize the product roadmap.
Backlog Management – Maintain quality, prioritization, and momentum on the existing backlog to ensure consistent delivery of value.
Partner Collaboration – Act as the primary liaison with partner engineering teams, building strong working relationships and aligning on priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
Requirements Translation – Convert product requirements into clear, actionable specifications for partner engineering teams, ensuring mutual understanding.
Cross-Functional Coordination – Work closely with design, QA, architecture, and other product managers to ensure cohesive delivery across all workstreams.
Progress Tracking & Reporting – Monitor development progress, proactively manage risks, escalate blockers, and communicate status to stakeholders.
Quality Assurance – Collaborate with QA and partner teams to validate deliverables against acceptance criteria before release.
Continuous Improvement – Identify and implement enhancements to partner engagement models, workflows, and delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
Required:
10+ years of overall experience with at least 4-5 years in Product Management, Program Management, or related experience in software product delivery.
Proven ability to develop product strategy and roadmaps informed by customer adoption data, market insights, and business goals.
Track record of successfully delivering products/features with external or distributed engineering teams.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product development practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across cultures and time zones.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Preferred
Experience in Product Management, Program Management, and Business Development.
MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
Experience in the Power Systems or Energy domain
Technical background or experience working closely with software engineering teams.
Prior experience managing vendor or offshore development partners.
