Roles and Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will

• Lead and coordinate technical and business discussions on protocol architecture across the product line.
• Define and evolve architecture roadmaps for C++-based protocol stacks, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Analyze current vs. future state architectures and drive implementation strategies aligned with product goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop reusable, modular components and ensure seamless integration.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to guide protocol innovation and system optimization.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM field with significant experience in C++ and protocol development.
• Deep expertise in C++ design patterns, multithreading, and low-level networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, custom stacks).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, containerization (Kubernetes), and API-driven architecture.
• Proven ability to lead architectural governance, influence stakeholders, and align technical solutions with business outcomes.
  
  

• Deep expertise in C++ with strong understanding of protocol stack development, including custom and standard networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, SCTP).
• Proven experience in designing scalable, modular architectures for high-performance, low-latency systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and DevOps practices for embedded and systems-level software.
• Strong grasp of API design principles and inter-process communication mechanisms relevant to protocol development.
• Ability to analyze, design, and evolve software architecture roadmaps aligned with current and future product needs.
• Experience with configuration management, performance tuning, and cost-effective solution design in complex systems.
• Skilled in evaluating and integrating emerging technologies to enhance protocol capabilities and system resilience.
