The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate Software Developer in Test (SDET) to ensure the quality, scalability, and performance of our products. In this role, you’ll develop automation frameworks, design test strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class software. Key Responsibilities

• Review functional requirements and provide feedback to improve product quality.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for frontend and backend systems.
• Design and execute functional, integration, performance, and end-to-end (E2E) tests.
• Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable testing environments.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues early in the development cycle.
• Advocate for code quality, testability, and best practices across engineering teams.
• Lead initiatives to improve QA methodologies, automation, and testing processes.
• Analyze complex distributed systems and propose enhancements for reliability and performance.
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews to ensure maintainable, high-quality code.
  
  

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software testing and test automation.
• Strong coding skills in C# (mandatory); Python is a plus.
• Experience designing test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Proficiency in frontend/backend testing (UI, API, databases).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, K6, Locust, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with Cloud/SaaS deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  
  

• Experience in medical devices, IoT, or multidisciplinary environments.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, 3D printing, or digital healthcare solutions.
