Job Summary

As a Lead Developer with expertise in SFDC Experience cloud and Loyalty cloud SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Customization you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. With a focus on Asset and Wealth Management you will contribute to enhancing business processes and driving innovation. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business needs ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using SFDC Experience cloud & Loyalty Cloud and SFDC Customization to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies implementing them to improve system performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in project planning and execution ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides for Salesforce applications.

• Possess strong experience in SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Customization.
• Demonstrate knowledge in Asset and Wealth Management enhancing domain-specific solutions.

• Show proficiency in developing and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive business success.
