What Youll Do

BCG has a real estate portfolio of over 5M square feet, with significant real estate activity as we grow and diversify as a business and evolve our workplace of the future. We have high expectations on our office experience, focused on forward thinking office design, a human-centered employee experience, and technology innovation.

This role will be within the Operations workstream of our Global Real Estate team. Among other broader operations responsibilities, the team develops significant parts of the function’s data strategy, implements and oversees innovative system solutions to enable data insights across our Global Real Estate team and partners.

As a Senior Operations Analyst, You Will Support The Data Lifecycle From Managing Our Space Data To Providing Critical Data Points That Support Our Business Cases And Investment Decisions. You Will Bring Data Visualization Experience To Enhance Transparency To Support Data Accuracy And Completeness Aligned With Our Data Governance Objectives. This Will Encompass a Robust Set Of Data Categories Across GRE, Including Lease Administration, Real Estate Project Activity, Budgets, Office Capacity And Space Types, And Forecasted HC Growth Plans. Key Responsibility Areas Are

Bringing insight to light through visualizations and transparency

  • Refine and maintain existing data integrity dashboards to enable accuracy and completeness goals
  • Build new dashboards to support the business, such as space and business plan data

Conquering complexity in space data lifecycle oversight and system management

  • Initiate and oversee semi-annual data quality checks with worldwide portfolio of space and business case plan data activities
  • Monitor and progress any update requests to floor plan updates from office and GRE program delivery leads
  • Liaise with external provider(s) on floor plan conversions to ensure alignment to GRE requirements and complete data quality checks
  • Collaborate with squad data analysts, engineers and workstream leads to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance

What Youll Bring

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in one of the following fields: data analytics, computer modelling, computer science, or math
  • Minimum of 4-5 years relevant work experience; professional services industry experience a plus
  • Strong computer skills, particularly databases and data analysis using Excel, Alteryx, and Tableau and PowerPoint to effectively communicate to senior leadership

Our Global Real Estate service line workstream leads, Enterprise Services Product Portfolio team members, and local operations team members across the global portfolio.
