QC Executive - Printing and Packaging (225-802)

The QC Executive in Printing and Packaging is an integral part of the quality assurance department, responsible for ensuring that all printed and packaged materials meet established company and industry standards. This role involves meticulous inspection and evaluation of products to ensure they comply with the required specifications and quality benchmarks. Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of incoming raw materials used in printing and packaging.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product standards are met.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify quality-related issues and propose corrective actions.
• Oversee the entire quality assurance process from production to final product delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, including non-conformance reports and corrective actions taken.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all operational processes.
• Analyze quality data and generate reports to track performance and drive improvement efforts.
• Train and mentor production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for quality enhancement.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of outsourced materials.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment and tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to advance quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a quality control role within a printing or packaging environment.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, standards, and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
