Role Purpose:

We are looking to get this candidate to take a leading role on the day-to-day paid search and social account management of your clients; your focus will be producing work to the highest of standards, being completely on top of all of your quality checks and account processes and helping to drive the best possible results for your clients. Channels: Search, Social

Platforms: Google, Meta, TikTok (mainly these with potential to test new platforms)

Key R&R: End to end campaign management including campaign activation, budget management, optimisations, copy writing support, test and learn, reporting and analysis.

Client Facing: Yes

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization for a high number of campaigns running per month
• Familiarity with A/B testing
• Exertise on conversion focused campaigns for d2c clients, focused primarily on scaling of campaign in terms of ROAS, CAC optimizations and LTV.
• Pmax, Meta ASC campaign optimizations for ecommerce brands
  
  
  

Key Accountabilities:

• Independently complete day to day optimisation & budget management.
• Use data and insight to identify potential issues and be pro-active in producing solutions.
• Quality checks your own work and be actively looking to spot and resolve any potential issues in the account before they cause problems or impact performance,
• Continually review and suggest changes to tactics, based on current performance and impact on campaign goals & KPIs.
• Contribute knowledge, expertise or present to clients in meetings as required.

• Solid understanding of paid search and the latest industry standards of best practice
• A high degree of numeracy and literacy
• Ability to understand, follow and devise processes.
• Ability to work under pressure, on multiple tasks and with time critical deadlines.
• Effective when working as part of a team.
• Skilled in MS excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Effective problem solving & analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail
  
  
  

Requirements -

• Minimum 3-4 years hands-on experience in ROI/performance-driven
  
  
  

SEM Ads Strategy across Google, and Social media ads platform across Meta and TikTok.

• Experience managing paid media campaigns for large-SEM local/regional clients,
  
  
  

preferably across different industries.

• Working on conversion objective campaigns and reporting on excel.
