Lyzr is Looking for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and effective communication.
• Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration between development, QA, and business teams.
• Monitor project risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Track project performance, ensuring key milestones are met.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 5 to 9 years of experience in project and delivery management within large IT services companies.
• Strong expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
