Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence.
Manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and effective communication.
Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration between development, QA, and business teams.
Monitor project risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
Track project performance, ensuring key milestones are met.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
5 to 9 years of experience in project and delivery management within large IT services companies.
Strong expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, etc.).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
