Responsibilities
Ensure end to end and up to date Access management.
Ensure RMS Records are up to date, reconciled and reported appropriately.
Ensure detailed workflow for raising system access is latest.
Establish standard reports for ongoing monitoring.
Work with management to identify grey areas/ hot spots.
Identify opportunities for process enrichment/ automation.
Lead access management discussions, as may be appropriate.

Implement the vision, strategy, direction from the Management
Ensure that there is adequate support (people, processes, tools, frameworks, systems) in the team as necessary
Business
Centralised Access Management for Financial Crime Surveillance Operations (FCSO) by Request Management Group (RMG)
FCSO is a global hub handling surviellance activities for the Bank
Key Responsibilities
Processes
Raise application accesses adhering to the job role, function, country of access & other mandatory checks for employees in FCSO
Maintain log / record of all accesses for reporting and reconciliation
Undertake various other activities handled by RMG team including quality checks & access reviews

Promote and embed a culture of openness, trust and risk awareness where ethical, legal regulatory and policy compliant conduct is the norm.
Risk Management
Identify discrepencies in access request as compared to the requirement.
Ensure Access levels are to the right degree and there is no toxic access.
Ensure proactive escalation of potential risks to the management team
In the event of major discrepencies observed, ensure senior management are informed and that actions are taken quickly to remediate and/or activities are ceased
Governance

Regulatory & Business Conduct

Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Support relevant stakeholders to respond to regulatory questions
Serve as a Director of the Board of [insert name of entities]
Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent)
