Job Description

Our organization is actively seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing our HR operations, supporting our employees, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills and a deep understanding of HR practices and procedures. You will be instrumental in assisting with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employee development programs. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and effectively contribute to a positive work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist in resolving benefits-related issues.
  • Conduct new employee orientation sessions and provide necessary onboarding support.
  • Manage employee records and ensure accuracy in the HR management system.
  • Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR matters and company policies.
  • Facilitate performance appraisal processes and support managers in performance management.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of employee training programs.
  • Investigate employee complaints and grievances and recommend fair resolutions.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a respectful workplace.
  • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with local and federal employment laws.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a related HR position.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management software systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
