We invite you to bring your experience in building dashboards related to HR and Clients & Sales domains. To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on experience working extensively in DWH and Power BI.

You will join our Data & Analytics team

We are seeking a skilled and experienced independent Business Intelligence Developer with 5 + years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SQL along with Data Warehousing knowledge, Data Modelling (Tabular Cube), SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Azure Database, and Power BI. In this role, you will be responsible for developing data solutions, transforming and integrating data, and delivering actionable insights through Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement complex T-SQL queries and Stored Procedures to extract, manipulate, and report data from diverse sources.
• Work with Data Warehousing concepts to design, implement, and maintain data warehouses to support BI solutions.
• Data Modeling: Create and optimize data models to ensure efficient reporting, analysis, and business intelligence solutions.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and Azure Data Factory to integrate data from various sources into the data warehouse.
• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide stakeholders with meaningful insights.
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines for performance, ensuring data retrieval and transformation processes are efficient.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy in all BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, design BI solutions, and translate them into actionable insights.
• Document BI processes, SQL scripts, stored procedures, and data models.
• Stay updated on the latest BI trends, tools, and techniques, continuously improving BI solutions and data workflows.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and Stored Procedures.
• Expertise in Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and designing scalable data structures.
• Proficient in SSIS and Azure Data Factory for ETL and data integration.
• Extensive experience with Power BI and complex DAX codes for creating reports and dashboards.
• Skilled in query optimization and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  
  

Good to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and cloud base platforms such as Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, or Azure SQL Data Warehouse.
• Exposure to Git, Azure DevOps, or other version control systems for code management
