Job Description
- Demonstrate a proven track record in owning product backlogs, defining clear acceptance criteria, and prioritizing user stories aligned to business goals.
- Have excellent experience working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and designers to ensure seamless execution and delivery
- 14-16 years of relevant experience
- Subject matter expertise on banking domain Trade Finance and Services, Payments, Billing, etc. will be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience on sql writing and data analysis
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines
- Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques
- Hands-on knowledge of Jira around creating EPICS, user stories and dashboards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and facilitate projects to meet deadlines.
- Flexible, learns quickly, adapt to changing roles with the varying priorities of the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, internal and external customers including technical and nontechnical persons.
- Ability to write clear technical and end user documents.
