Your Main Responsibilities

Objectives of the function

• Claims BOM addition.(Non conformity in process, product, operations)
• GCM / CMT Cost data Entry
  
  
  

• Daily BOM Processing as per claims requirement received from FO.
• BOM Processing of Claim Parts.
• Release orders from System.
• Co-ordination with various stakeholder’s planners/MMSE/production.
• Maintain SO Vs Claims data.
• Publish Daily BOM processing MIS internally.
• Publish Monthly MTS ID creation requirement to MMSE.
• Errorless BOM processing
• Logistics activities, warehousing
  
  
  

• Claim BOM addition and pricing accuracy
• AMR BOM addition and pricing accuracy
  
  
  

• SAP MM/ SD (must)
• Statistical data analysis
• Ability to work in Cross Functional teams( KW & KG ) for quick solution to field team
• Proficiency in computers, MS Office, Power point
• Excel Basics must
• Product Knowledge if available
• Continuous Improvement Mindset
• Focus on Customer centricity (must)
• SAIS Process Knowledge (if available)

• :1-2 Years in SAP, Power BI, Excel, Elevator parts, Quality management
  
  
  

• Occupational Health, Safety, environment & Quality policy awareness
