Job Description 2: Associate – Workday HCM Testing

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of manual and automated test scripts for Workday HCM modules.
  • Configure master data and security domains for Workday testing processes.
  • Conduct functional testing for HCM modules, including Recruiting, Compensation, and Payroll.
  • Design detailed Test Scenarios and Test Cases based on Business process flow
  • Support validation of Workday reports and integrations with other applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during Workday implementations.
  • Utilize test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr) for tracking and reporting.
  • Contribute to Agile and DevOps compliance during testing cycles.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Workday Testing, with a focus on HCM modules.
  • Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing using tools like Tosca.
  • Knowledge of Workday standard business processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Certifications: Workday HCM Certification is preferred.
