Position Summary
Level: Lead Solution Advisor
Work you’ll do:
This role focuses on leading and executing remediation programs to address security gaps in operational technology (OT) environments. You will work closely with client stakeholders to develop, prioritize, and implement remediation strategies, prepare responses to OT security questionnaires, and monitor progress to strengthen clients’ OT security posture.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of OT security remediation programs, addressing security gaps in industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and IoT environments.
- Prepare responses to external/customer OT security questionnaires, ensuring accurate and comprehensive representation of the client’s security posture.
- Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify critical security issues in OT environments and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
- Develop and prioritize remediation plans to address gaps identified from OT security reviews, aligning with client priorities and risk profiles.
- Support client stakeholders in implementing OT security remediation initiatives, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders to monitor remediation plan progress, ensuring timely execution and resolution of identified vulnerabilities.
- Conduct joint remediation status tracking and reporting with client stakeholders, delivering clear and actionable updates to drive accountability and transparency.
- Ensure remediation activities comply with industry standards (e.g., NIST 800-82, IEC 62443) and minimize disruptions to client operations.
The Team:
Enterprise Security teams embed security in all aspects of digital transformation by securing a client’s “technical backbone” while also enabling secure digital transformation. Services include security architecture, secure development and deployment, end-to-end cyber cloud capabilities, application security, and security for emerging technologies and connected products. Examples of work include Secure by Design, Cloud Security Orchestration & Automation, Core Infrastructure Security, and Secure Software Enablement.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years focused on OT security remediation programs.
- Proven experience in leading and executing remediation programs for OT systems, including ICS, SCADA, and IoT environments.
- Expertise in developing and prioritizing remediation plans based on OT security reviews and risk assessments.
- Experience coordinating with client stakeholders to monitor and report on remediation progress, with strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with OT-specific security frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-82, IEC 62443) and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex security challenges in OT environments.
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with experience in consulting or advisory roles.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, GICSP, PMP) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
