UI Team Lead

Job Description

• Primary responsibility to oversee UI development of Mouser’s internal platforms and systems, request and deliverables.
• Ability to lead and manage projects and teams with little or limited involvement of other senior managers; liaising with project managers and the business.
• Professional experience in reading, designing, developing, and troubleshooting software in languages such as: JavaScript libraries/frameworks like NodeJS, jQuery, React JS, Vue Js, Angular. Full stack development preferably.
• Experience with State Management Libraries like React Tracked, Redux.
• Extensive knowledge of programming languages, data structures, algorithms and software development patterns.
• Leads in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new support or development-based initiatives.
• Has the ability to understand and analyze business needs and requirements.
• Possesses knowledge of aspects of computer technology outside of software development, including hardware, networking, operating systems, and database management systems.
• Leads in troubleshooting and problem solving production issues or during post-production implementations while providing root cause analysis and resolution.
• Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success as a team leader.
• Experience working in a globally dispersed team.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field, or minimum of 3 years prior work experience that is relevant to the team you will supervise. Including Minimum 2 years as a supervisor or higher-level management position.
