Roles and Responsibilities:

• Java 8 Developer/ Lead with Very Strong Spring Boot Experience for our project team working in Retail domain.
• Provide technical leadership for the Application enhancement and Development team.
• Coordinate with onshore team for production enhancement, support, and maintenance
• Expertise in Spring boot must have and knowledge and experience on dockers, containers, Kubernetes and Azure.
• Enhancement of Spring boot-based APIs, Rest Services
• Collaborate with Customer for new changes, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Regular meeting and metrics or other necessary status reporting for customer
• Debug in Azure, Docker and Kubernetes as needed.
• Full Stack Development Experience good to have.
• Experience in Python and PySpark is good to have
• Experience in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana and Zabbix is good to have.
• Guide junior developers with technical bottlenecks.
  
  

• Extensive experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Strong in Design and Architecture.
• Hands on coding ability (Exposure to Collection Framework, Multi-Threading, Exception handling etc.) and good in debugging skills
• Experience on Spring boot, Spring MVC, Spring JDBC, Spring data JPA.
• Should have experience in design & development of Restful Web Services, Exposure to Json structure.
• Microservices (good to have), Dockers, Cloud (any), Messaging queues, Caching Techniques/Mechanism
• Good exposure on any database tool
• Exposure to Java Design Patterns is a good to
• Should have experience in Unit Testing using Junit or similar tools.
• Worked in Agile environment and aware of process.
• Knowledge on Jenkins, Git, Stash, Maven, Nexus
• Knowledge on JavaScript or Angular or any front-end technology is an added advantage.
• Knowledge on DevOps tool is an advantage.
• Good in R&D work and rapid application development
• Good in communication, client handling and Requirement gathering.
• Good if have handled team size > 4
• Good to know – Airflow, Flyway, Flink, Kibana
