The Technical Infrastructure Monitoring Engineer\Analyst will be responsibility for overseeing the day to-day running monitoring operations, server, security, storage and core business application infrastructure, coupled with administration skills of the monitoring tool SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix and science logic/EM& and first line troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide 24 hour Network Health surveillance and alarm reporting utilizing network monitoring and surveillance software.
• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and application monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog, Prometheus).
• Proactively monitor systems, applications, and services to ensure availability, performance, and reliability.
• Lead the development of monitoring dashboards and real-time alerting solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert in root cause analysis and performance troubleshooting.
• Provide advanced incident analysis and work closely with IT support teams to drive resolution.
• Develop automation strategies to reduce manual efforts in monitoring and alerting processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team capability development.
• Continuously evaluate new monitoring technologies and make recommendations for improvements.
• Skilled to work independently on day to day Monitoring operation (24*7 operations) and deliverables on time.
• To maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders and Customers.
• To Manage the operational Weekly \Monthly deliverable reports Events \ Incident \Compliance reports, Health Check Reports etc
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or monitoring roles, with at least 2 in a senior capacity.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Datadog).
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and application architectures.
• Scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and integration.
• Solid knowledge of incident management processes (ITIL certification is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
