About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Software Engineer with 2–4 years of experience who is passionate about building scalable, efficient, and robust applications. The ideal candidate will have strong engineering fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to designing and implementing end-to-end solutions across the technology stack.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data science to develop features that drive business impact while adhering to best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and APIs with scalability, performance, and security in mind.
• Work across the stack — backend services, frontend interfaces, and database layers — ensuring seamless integration.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while following best practices and engineering standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues in existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior team members.
• Contribute to the evolution of architecture, tooling, and engineering processes.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
  
  

• 2 – 4 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong problem-solving ability and engineering mindset.
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, etc.).
• Experience building responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with relational or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Understanding of RESTful API design, authentication, and web security best practices.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Ability to write unit tests and participate in test-driven development.
