We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior CyberSecurity Specialist to join our cybersecurity operations team. This role focuses on end-to-end Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, SIEM monitoring, incident response, and automation using SOAR tools. You will play a pivotal role in improving the organizations security monitoring, detection, and response capabilities.

🔐 Key Responsibilities

• Perform Security Event Monitoring and manage incident response lifecycle.
• Prioritize and notify high-impact incidents, including major incident management.
• Operate and manage ticketing, case handling, and escalation processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis, validate 100% of high-priority true positives, and review 35% of random incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support incident resolution and SLA tracking.
• Perform fine-tuning of incident dashboards (sandbox & production).
• Prepare and review weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports and incident closure comments.
• Contribute to use case enhancements, automation, and improvement initiatives.
• Support emergency response, conduct simulations and stress testing scenarios.
• Maintain asset inventory, escalation metrics, RACI matrix, and fix identified security gaps.
• Manage log sources, data flow, and customer infrastructure awareness.
• Develop automated workflows using SOAR platforms.
• Provide operational support on Securonix and other SIEM tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• Industry certifications (CEH, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
