Position Overview:

As Senior QA at FlexAI, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading the entire Quality Assurance function. This is a unique opportunity to define and implement testing strategies across our software teams, ensuring that our cutting-edge AI solutions meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. You will collaborate closely with our SW Team to embed QA practices that will scale as the company grows.

Your expertise will help shape our QA processes from the ground up, giving you full ownership to establish best practices, build testing frameworks, and lead the charge in making sure we deliver excellence with every release.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and develop QA strategy: Build and implement a comprehensive QA strategy across all software teams, ensuring alignment with FlexAIs product goals.
• Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achievable and maintain the “golden recipe” of optimal software combinations.
• Define CI Workflows to match the desired integration velocity.
• Establish testing frameworks: Design and maintain automated and manual testing frameworks that ensure the robustness, performance, and scalability of our software.
• Generate automation test reports and share them with the different stakeholders with a highlight on the different metrics needed to qualify the maturity of the release candidate under test.
• Collaborate with development teams: Work closely with software engineers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure smooth integration of QA processes into the software development lifecycle.
• Define and track quality metrics: Set up processes to track bugs, performance issues, and other critical quality metrics, driving continuous improvement.
• Mentor and grow the QA function: As the lead QA, you will be responsible for scaling the QA team as FlexAI grows, mentoring new hires, and developing a world-class quality assurance function.
  
  

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Proven experience in leading QA efforts across software development teams, with a track record of implementing successful testing frameworks like cucumber.
• Expertise in both manual and automated testing, with strong experience in automation and testing frameworks such as Pytest.
• Excellent programming skills in bash, Python.
• Experience with Automation reporting tools such as Allure or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Ability to work closely with software teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and improve software quality.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for building and scaling QA teams from the ground up.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI or cloud computing platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and methodologies.
• Experience working in startup or fast-growth environments.
