Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Commercial Operations for the APAC Region, specifically supporting the countries of Taiwan and India. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations Asia, the Senior Manager of Commercial Operations will collaborate with a team responsible for establishing, coordinating, and supporting APAC direct commercialization strategies, scaling key sales roles and their standards of excellence, developing Global customer reference sites, and working directly with the General Managers on strategic projects and local sales initiatives that help the region meet and exceed their goals.
This team’s primary responsibility involves identifying and deploying ISI resources that can impact the goals of specific business units by working closely with the market General Managers on strategic planning, goal alignment, team training, field execution and the achievement of quarterly and annual performance expectations.
The position requires leadership capabilities that include expert-level knowledge of the Intuitive Ecosystem, a deep understanding of our commercial standards of excellence and cross functional ways of working, the ability to inspire and influence across diverse markets and a strong track record in developing high performance sales teams. The Senior Manager of Commercial Operations is expected to provide an extraordinary degree of information gathering, communication, and leadership while presenting to customers, executives, commercial Leaders, managers, and representatives. Applicants must live in the Asia region, preferably in India or Taiwan.
