About the Role:
At Brillio, we’re reimagining how industries harness Salesforce to drive digital transformation. As a Salesforce Industry Solution Lead, you will be the strategic face of Salesforce within your vertical—combining deep domain expertise, consultative problem-solving, and delivery excellence to shape solutions that create measurable client impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the industry solution evangelist, translating business challenges into Salesforce-enabled opportunities.
Drive solution design, delivery, and client value through thought leadership and hands-on engagement in a billable capacity.
Partner with account, presales, and delivery teams to build vertical-specific solution roadmaps and reusable assets.
Represent Brillio and Salesforce jointly at client forums, shaping industry narratives and growth strategies.
Mentor teams to build domain-led Salesforce capabilities across practices.
Ideal Profile:
Proven Salesforce expertise with strong functional and technical depth.
Deep understanding of one industry vertical (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Hi-Tech, etc.).
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across sales, delivery, and consulting.
Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and the ability to connect industry pain points to platform value.
