Project Management Internship In Bangalore

Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Agile team support & scrum facilitation:
• Facilitate and support daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Assist the Scrum Master in removing team impediments, driving smooth sprint execution.
• Help maintain and refine the product backlog for clarity and readiness.
• Promote Agile best practices and support a culture of continuous improvement.
• Learn and apply advanced Scrum tools and methodologies in real-world scenarios
• Project delivery & performance management:
• Track project progress, escalate issues, and support risk mitigation.
• Coordinate tasks, dependencies, and communication within the Agile team and with stakeholders.
• Aid in the delivery of sprint goals and high-quality, timely product increments
• Prepare concise updates, briefings, and presentations for teams and management
• Collect and analyze project metrics (burndown/burnup charts, velocity, defect trends) to identify process optimization opportunities.
• Data-driven project analysis:
• Assist with organizing and analyzing project data to evaluate team performance and delivery health.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging, visual reports and dashboards.
• Identify trends in project data to support continuous improvement within the Agile framework.
