• Translates product roadmap features into product requirements including features, user stories and acceptance test criteria.
• Acts as product expert for users, able to bring creative solutions to use cases.
• Monitors and evaluates product progress including outcomes of deliverables, and recommend improvements.
• Supports in mitigating impediments to ensure successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
• Utilizes domain knowledge to be able to effectively synthesize input from multiple stakeholders to maximize delivered value.
• Serves as customer proxy for development teams.
• Tracks and manages commitments and customer expectations.
