Payroll Analyst II

We are seeking a Payroll Analyst II to join our global Payroll team, where innovation knows no borders. As Payroll Analyst II, you will support end-to-end payroll activities across multiple APAC countries, liaise with vendors and internal partners and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. This role requires a strong grasp of regional payroll practices, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accurate and timely payroll processing for APAC countries, including tax filings and statutory payments.
  • Coordinate with payroll service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
  • Maintain and update process documentation and support audit requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, time and attendance and benefits.
  • Support special payroll projects and initiatives while ensuring timely execution.

Preferred Qualifications And Education

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in APAC payroll operations, with hands-on exposure to compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems and time and attendance processes, ideally with experience in Workday.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work across teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools; familiarity with photo or video editing tools is a plus.
  • Experience working with China or Southeast Asia payroll is preferred.
