Who will you be working with? HRIS M & A Team
How will you make a difference? As a member of the HRIS M & A Team, you will be responsible for supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system implementation and maintenance during mergers and acquisitions. You will partner with HR departments and business leaders to analyze, improve, and optimize HR processes, ensuring data integrity and system functionality. The role involves managing system integrations, developing business processes, and providing technical support to HR users across the organization. You will play a critical role in translating business needs into effective system solutions while maintaining a focus on user experience and data quality.
