Infor LN -- Senior Logistics Implementation Consultant

We are hiring a Senior/ Consultant - Infor LN Logistics (SCM/SSD). This role is supporting the IT implementation of Infor LN projects around the world for all topics related to Logistics (SCM/SSD) area. Based on inputs from Global Logistics (SCM/SSD) Process Governance Owners and IT Logistics (SCM/SSD) Analysts, the incumbent designs and supports the implementation of these Logistics (SCM/SSD) processes and policies into Infor LN.

What you will do 

• Provide guidance on Infor LN Global template definition for Logistics (SCM/SSD) matters
  Collaborate with project teams on the implementation of Logistics (SCM/SSD) topics in Infor LN
• Provide IT solutions and system knowledge based on requirements provided by Analysts
• Provide best practice functional and technical advice or resolution in specific Logistics (SCM/SSD) matters
• Support training of Logistics (SCM/SSD) users for implementation of new Logistics (SCM/SSD) processes in Infor LN
• Research and prototype new LN Logistics (SCM/SSD) functionalities that could bring additional value to Global Logistics (SCM/SSD)

Project Support:

• Onsite support to Key user during all project stages in also in the adoption of ne
• processes - applying the train - the - trainer concept with local teams
• Remote Support to Key Users -- Contact Point during FBP, Local and Global transformational projects with respect to application of logistics Processes and as escalation point of issues being experienced.
• Support Logistics (SCM/SSD) Infor LN Developments - Liaising with various stakeholders, including country Key Users, IT applications team, Infor developers and FBP Project team members to evaluate, document, test and report on developments.

What you bring

• Minimum 5 years of Experience in Logistics Implementation

• University Degree in Information Technologies or equivalent
• Expert Infor LN ERP Logistics (SCM/SSD) Functional knowledge
• In-depth knowledge of Logistics (SCM/SSD) processes and policies: Warehouse, Outbound/Inbound transactions, Consignment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Ability to lead Logistics (SCM/SSD) analysts and demonstrate sound decision making on complex business scenarios
• Prior experience in multi-nation project roll-out will be valuable
